Kikomeko Muhammad is a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Gold (Africa) Nile trading as Afroma House Coffee.
A Ugandan Howard law Alumni and a partner with KM Advocates & Associates a Ugandan law firm working in partnership with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees under the Urban working group and working with the Government of Uganda under the Comprehensive Refugee Response Frame work.
He formed this Coffee Company in 2009 partly with an objective of contributing to refugee self-reliance in Uganda.
Zaituni Nabbosa - Chief Financial Officer
Zaituni Nabbosa is the Chief Financial Officer of the project. She manages the Business funds and most importantly responsible for remitting the 10 % of the profits to People for Peace and Defence of Rights (PPDR).
Nayab Muhammad Kikomeko - Volunteer
Nayab Muhammad Kikomeko is the 11-year-old son of Kikomeko Muhammad. His is actively engaged in the production of Coffee (Roasting and Packaging) during weekends and school off days.
Shaima Makula - Volunteer
Shaima Makula, currently resident in California grew up with her cousin Nayab Muhammad in Uganda before leaving for California.
Since child hood Shaima has always been passionate about assisting vulnerable groups of people. She would save her money for break time and buy food rations to donate to abandoned babies at Sanyu Babies home.
She is actively involved in the promotion of the business initiative in the USA.
Irene Salama- Quality Control Officer
Irene Salama
, is a Congolese Woman Refugee hosted by the Government of Uganda. She is a member of People for Peace and Defence of Rights (PPDR).
She is the Company’s Quality Control Officer responsible for overseeing the strict observance of standards at the different levels of Value chains.
Dorcas Esala - Supply Clerk
Dorcus is a Congolese Woman Refugee hosted by the Government of Uganda. She is a member of People for Peace and Defence of Rights (PPDR).
She is the Company’s Supply clerk responsible for handling the Company’s coffee suppliers.
