Refund Policy
At Afroma House Coffee, we strive to provide the highest quality coffee and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
1. The item(s) must still be in their original packaging.
2. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Process
1. Contact our customer service team via refund@afromahouse.com to initiate the refund process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement.
3. We’ll respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Options
1. Full Refund: Receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Replacement: Receive a replacement product of equal value.
3. Store Credit: Receive store credit towards a future purchase.
Shipping and Handling
1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
2. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
Timing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Amazon Refund Policy
As an Amazon seller, we also comply with Amazon’s refund policy. If you purchased our product through Amazon, please contact Amazon customer service to initiate the refund process.
Exceptions
This refund policy does not apply to Items damaged due to customer error or misuse.
